My last official, job was so dysfunctional, it still hurts my brain to even think about it. As a matter of fact, now that I am thinking about it, I've always thought Dr. Phil could have had a field day at the automotive franchise I was managing. He could have taped a full week of episodes without even scratching the surface of all the sickness that was taking place there. It was bad.
